You can exchange the piece with store credit (KK Points) of the same value by shipping it back to us. We’d appreciate a feedback and reason for the same. A product is eligible for refund/return with store credit only if the customers intimated us within one week (7 days) of receiving the product.
If the product has a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been delivered to you, please email us at “firstname.lastname@example.org”. Your email should have comprehensive details along with images of the defects of the product delivered to you.
We must be intimated within 7 days from the date of receiving the product. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact in all cases

All items on sale CANNOT BE returned, refunded or exchanged for a different item. All items that have been customized or custom made for the client cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for a different item.

Exchange will be possible only on subject to availability in size. A garment is only eligible for exchange if the customer intimates us within one week (7 days) of receipt of the garment. Once we receive the package back from you, we check for quality and ensure all tags are intact. We then ensure the delivery of the exchanged product in 6 to 7 working days.
If you wish to cancel your order that you have recently placed, write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will accept a cancellation request if the order has not been shipped out.
For International orders, we cannot cancel once the order has been placed.
Yes, we offer our customers customised products across the entire store based on the availability of the fabric. We don’t charge anything extra for basic alterations, however if the piece requires to be entirely customised, the customisation charges can go up to 25% of the price of the garment depending on the number of customisations requested by the customer. These garments cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned. As these garments are made-to-order, it will take 3-4 weeks for them to be delivered to you.

All our garments in the casual section usually get shipped within 2 working days of receiving the order. This means that you should have the garment within a week. In the case of Occasion Wear, we only work on a made-to-order model. Your order will be made from scratch which can take anywhere between 10-14 working days, with an additional shipping time of about 3-4 days for domestic orders and 5-10 days for international orders.
