You can exchange the piece with store credit (KK Points) of the same value by shipping it back to us. We’d appreciate a feedback and reason for the same. A product is eligible for refund/return with store credit only if the customers intimated us within one week (7 days) of receiving the product.
If the product has a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been delivered to you, please email us at “firstname.lastname@example.org”. Your email should have comprehensive details along with images of the defects of the product delivered to you.
We must be intimated within 7 days from the date of receiving the product. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact in all cases
Your purchase is eligible for return into your bank account ONLY if it meets the following conditions:
An incorrect product has been delivered to you as per confirmation email.
If the product you receive has a genuine manufacturing or quality defect as measured by us.
All items on sale CANNOT BE returned, refunded or exchanged for a different item. All items that have been customized or custom made for the client cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for a different item.
